Storage and Handling Sheds, Screening Circuits, Piping & Ducting supports, Trestles for Conveyors, Cabling supports, Technological Structures including maintenance and access platforms, Railings and Walkways, Trusses and Canopies etc,; for Mechanical Works and Equipments including Furnace Shell Proper with bearing technological structures, Water cooling jackets, Upper & Lower Electrode columns comprising Mantles, Slipping Devices, Suspension and Traverse Frames, Slipping & Hoisting Mechanisms, Mantle Cooling Apparatus, Electrode Seals, Guide Rolling Mechanisms, Smoke hood roof assemblies, Smoke hood side-wall segments and Liftable Doors, Secondary circuitry made of Copper, Hydraulics for Hoisting & Slipping, Pneumatics for Chute gates, Utilities like Water Cooling Systems internal and external to Sheeting Line.; for Raw Material Handling and Furnace Charging System comprising of Ground Hoppers, Conveyors, Feed Bins, Shuttle Conveyors, Vibro-Feeders among others; for Furnace Casting, Hot and Finished Metal Handling Systems comprising EOT Cranes, Casting Ladles / Pans, Lifting & Handling Tongues among others; for Pollution Control Equipment for Off-gas treatment; for Electrical and Instrumentation Systems comprising Furnace & RMHS & GCP Control, Monitoring & Reporting, Furnace Charge Mix Batching Systems Operation & Control; for Fabrication, Supply, Erection and Supervision of Manufacturing of Proprietary Design and Performance Affecting Equipment through Exclusive Authorized Contractors; for Quality Control and Assurance, Safe Execution, Testing & Commissioning of the Project.
